Our pages summarise registered sales, rental contracts and project records. They are not a directory of asking prices or properties offered for sale. Area, community, building and developer pages show their evidence windows and source dates.

A median describes the homes in its sample. Home size, property type and the share of off-plan sales can change that sample. A recorded trend is not a forecast or an individual property valuation.

Gulf Property Facts is independent and is not affiliated with a government department. Each data page names its sources and shows where information is unavailable. A recorded completion date or progress figure is a dated registry fact.
